The channel guide on this unit does not work for some channels. The message displays "no info". This unit was working up until two weeks ago when it just died. It would not turn on at all. I tried different outlets just to make sure it wasn't my electrical, but it will not turn on. I'm not sure if anyone else has run into this problem with this unit, but given this problem, I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

The picture is crisp as on this TV I have a high powered antenna. I may have to live without it unless anyone has any ideas Thank you.. So I use my VCR remote.. The manual was little help and so are the local radio shack i purchased these from.. Thank you. Most are in the UHF band.
Try turning the amplifier off. In the menu there is a setting to disable the power down of to set it for selected time intervals.
